We will protect the received personal data in accordance with the legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the operating rules of the Lithuanian Bar Association. Your personal data is not stored or processed longer than is necessary to implement the above-mentioned data processing purposes. Longer storage of your personal data can be carried out when it is necessary for us to be able to defend ourselves against demands, claims or lawsuits and to exercise our rights, as well as in the case of legal grounds.

Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing

We must comply with applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations and customer due diligence requirements. We must inform the relevant authorities about certain cash transactions or transactions that may involve money laundering. We will collect information related to the identity of the customer or his representatives for the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance and customer verification (identification information, company information, bank account and payment data, data on political affiliation, source of funds or income, information on beneficial owners and other information that must be collected for these purposes) in accordance with the legal obligation to collect and process this data.
